We know that the conservation and environmental sectors only make up a small percentage of the job market here in Zambia. Many jobs are with non-profit organisations and usually people only get to hear about these new jobs through networking. So following the success of the annual Conservation Careers Fair in Lusaka, WCP and ARC decided to team up to create a dedicated jobs board, which brings you all the latest conservation and environmental jobs within Zambia and the surrounding regions. It also enables organisations to advertise their jobs for free on the online board, so that you can easily find out who is hiring.

Just as we were about to launch, the worldwide pandemic COVID-19 came to Zambia. Many organisations who were about to advertise for new employees have decided to put these and their new projects on hold for the time being. We will be bringing you any jobs that are available at this time, so although there will only be a few jobs available during these worrying times, we will be bringing you news, updates, tips and advice, so that when the pandemic is over you will be in the best possible position to start your education, find your new job or enhance your career in conservation and the environment.
